STATEMENT OF LOCATIONS WHERE MEETING NOTICES OF THE GREATER YUMA PORT AUTHORITY, INC. WILL BE POSTED:
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, the Greater Yuma Port Authority, Inc. hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the Greater Yuma Port Authority, Inc. will be posted at the following physical locations: on the bulletin boards located on the east side wall of the Yuma County Administration Building, 198 S. Main St., Yuma, Arizona 85364, and on the bulletin boards located at the east side entrance of the San Luis City Hall Building, 1090 E. Union St., San Luis, Arizona 85349.
The Yuma County Administration Building is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except legal holidays, and the San Luis City Hall Building is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except legal holidays. Both specific posting locations; however, are available to be viewed by the public 24-hours a day.
Additionally, meeting notices can also be retrieved on the Greater Yuma Port Authority, Inc. website at www.gypa.org. Notices will indicate the date, time, meeting location in the page body under the meeting tab. Public Meetings are normally held at 9:00 am on the 4th Thursday of every month, unless otherwise noted. Meeting times and dates are subject to change.
If you would like to make a comment known to the Greater Yuma Port Authority Executive Board, and are unable to attend the public meeting in person, please email BGeorge@GYPA.org by 8am the day of the scheduled board meeting to have your comment read during call to the public.
