Industrial Parcels (LI Zoning) 


All underground infrastructure and roadways improvements for the Gary J. Magrino Industrial Park have been completed as of July 2023. The industrial park was designed as a space for the trade facilitation that occurs through San Luis II. 

The Greater Yuma Port Authority no longer has any parcels for sale. Some sites may be available for sale or lease through private ownership.
