Usage Agreement.
Greater Yuma Port Authority (GYPA) is a non-profit organization devoted to developing the new San Luis II Port of Entry. GYPA coordinates with local governments and the State on issues that will affect the progress and construction of the port. GYPA welcomes suggestions on how to improve our home page and correct errors.

Use:
The suitability for use of these data is the responsibility of the recipient. GYPA makes no warranty on the results or opinions derived from these data for any project/study not conducted by GYPA. "Project/study" includes the development of a plan, programming document or project/corridor evaluation. For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, these computer systems employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this website are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act. This Information may also be used for authorized law enforcement investigations.

Commercial Reuse:
No part of this site may be reproduced or transmitted for commercial purposes, in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying and recording, or by any information storage or retrieval system, except as expressly permitted in writing by the Greater Yuma Port Authority. Assumption of Risk:
The parties understand and acknowledge that these data provided by GYPA are subject to constant change and accuracy cannot be guaranteed. ALL INFORMATION AND DATA ARE PROVIDED AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. GYPA does not warrant that the data will meet the requirements of the other party or that the data will be error free, or that data defects will be corrected. The entire risk as to quality, performance and usefulness of the data rests with the user. In no event shall GYPA, or anyone else involved in the creation, production or delivery of these DATA, be liable for any damages whatsoever whether in contract or in tort, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, lost data, business interruption, computer failure or malfunction, or other pecuniary loss or any direct, indirect or incidental damages or other economic consequential damages, or for any claim or demand against the user by any other party, arising out of the use or inability to use this data, even if GYPA, or anyone else involved in the creation, production or delivery of these data, has been advised of the possibility of such damages. We strongly recommend that GYPA data be acquired directly from a GYPA server and not through other sources that may change the data in some way. While GYPA makes every effort to provide accurate and complete information, various data such as names, telephone numbers, etc. may change prior to updating. GYPA provides no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of furnished data.
